Quotes they can say yes to from the couch.

Text the link, email it, or show a QR code on site. They read the scope and price, then tap accept or decline right on their phone, no account or email on file needed.

The quote

The scope, the price, and a yes you can point to.

The tax shown is estimated and there's never a fee: a quote is a promise, not a charge. Accept or decline saves with the date and time, so there's a record either way.

Every quote runs its own Q-numbered series, so it never gets mixed up with an invoice.

Deposits and stages

Set it once on the quote, bill each stage as you finish it.

The schedule, deposit plus up to eight named stages, sits right on the quote, so your customer sees the full plan before they accept. Say yes and that deposit invoice sends itself, pay link ready.

Finish a stage, tap it, and it becomes a real invoice too, full tax, same pay page as everything else.

01

Send the quote

Text the link, email it, or show a QR code on site, no account needed on their end.

02

They answer on their phone

They read it and tap accept or decline, and it's recorded with the date and time either way.

03

It becomes the job's invoice

One tap turns an accepted quote or finished stage into a real invoice, tax and pay link included, and a deposit sends itself the moment your customer accepts.

Questions about quotes and progress billing

What contractors ask before sending their first quote or putting a schedule on one.

Do customers need an account to accept a quote?

No account needed. They open the link in a browser and tap accept or decline, and you don't need their email on file either.

Is an accepted quote a signed contract?

It's a recorded acceptance with the date and time, not a signature. Keep your usual contract alongside it if you use one.

What happens when a quote expires?

Once the good-until date passes, accepting is blocked automatically, right on the page. Send a fresh quote whenever you're ready.

Can I edit a quote after I send it?

You can still reshape any part of the schedule you haven't billed yet, deposit percentage or stage names included. For everything else, pull the quote back and send a new one.

How many stages can I set, and are billed ones locked?

A deposit, up to eight named stages, and a balance line that keeps the total matched to the contract. Once a stage is billed it stays locked, but you can rename, resize or remove anything you haven't billed yet.

Does adding a deposit or milestones cost extra?

No extra fee for the schedule itself. Every stage bills at the standard 1% rate when it gets paid, same as any invoice, and there's no subscription or setup fee.
