What roles can I give someone?
There are four roles you can give someone. An owner sees everything and is the only one who can change the business profile or the banking. An accountant sees the numbers, the tax and the settings, and nothing about banking. A manager runs the day to day: creates jobs, assigns crew, sends quotes and invoices, and invites crew. An employee works from their own jobs only and cannot invite anyone.
Who can create jobs, assign the crew and invite new people?
Owners and managers create jobs, assign the crew and send invites. An assigned employee can open their own jobs to update status, add photos and bill against them, but can't invite anyone.
Can I change someone's role, or remove them?
Yes, roles change anytime and access updates right away. Removing someone ends their access immediately, though their name stays on past work, and nobody can remove an owner.
Do I pay for each person on my crew?
Crew are free. There is no charge per person, so invite the whole shop. Photos from a job stay private to your company with no public link, and one job can carry more than one address.
