What does my crew see?

How do job photos work?
Snap them from your phone and they stay on the job record, private to your company with no public link. Employees see photos only on their own jobs.
Can one job have more than one address?
Yes. Attach a second site, a different unit, or a satellite location to the same job instead of splitting it into two.
Who can create jobs, assign the crew and invite new people?
Owners and managers create jobs, assign the crew and send invites. An assigned employee can open their own jobs to update status, add photos and bill against them, but can't invite anyone.
Can I change someone's role, or remove them?
Yes, roles change anytime and access updates right away. Removing someone ends their access immediately, though their name stays on past work, and nobody can remove an owner.
